Welcome to my commission page!
Here you will find examples of my art, what I'm willing to make for you, and pricing estimates.
My name is FlamewingtheCat, although I am usually just called Flame. My goal as a commission artist is to provide you, as my customer, with a visual representation of what you're imagining in your mind. I offer a variety of styles, and am flexible in the services I offer. You're always welcome to ask me any question about whether I'm willing to make you something, even if it's about a commission not explicitly listed as an option!
I strongly believe in communication and will always keep you updated on my progress, as well as provide WIPs both on my own and on request. I will also make sure to ask questions along the way and wait for approval at various steps to ensure what I'm creating is what you've envisioned!
My rules, terms, and conditions are as follows:
Please contact me on Discord. My username is "flamewingthecat" (rest in peace, ID numbers). If you can't use Discord, you can also email me at [email protected], but expect slower responsiveness. Discord really is preferred.
I do not take requests for sexually explicit commissions or anatomically accurate nudity on this page.
I will not depict racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or other forms of bigotry, nor symbols of such viewpoints, in a positive light.
The payments listed on this site are estimates and thus may be inaccurate for certain requests. However, if this is the case I will inform you before you commit.
I do not promise to complete your commission within a certain amount of time. However, I will always communicate consistently. Please respect my time- yours may not be the only project I'm working on.
If you need your commission completed at a certain deadline, you may request an exception to the above rule upfront- however, I may refuse to complete a commission on a deadline, and if I agree, there will be a fee depending on how difficult adhering to the deadline would be.
I expect you to communicate with me in return. Let me know if you'll be unavailable for a long time, and please try to respond to questions and WIPs within a week otherwise.
Payment will be in USD and done over Ko-Fi. If you can't use Ko-Fi, please discuss with me. There may be an additional fee for using other services.
I expect 50% or more of the payment upfront on most commissions, but payment plans can be discussed for more expensive options. Refund terms are listed below.
My commissions are for personal use only, unless we have negotiated otherwise. If you are requesting a commission for commercial purposes, such as to print on a product, to advertise your products, or anything else that will be financially beneficial to you, you must disclose this fact up front, at which point I may request a substantially higher price or deny your commission request.
I reserve the right to use the artwork I make for you as an example of my work on this page as well as potentially others. If you would like me to waive this right and give you exclusive use of the product, you may ask initially along with your request. I may require additional fees or refuse to make the commission without permission to use the artwork as an example. If you do not tell me you wish to have exclusive rights to the artwork before I begin work on it, I will retain my right to use it for this purpose.
I reserve the right to deny any commission request. I reserve the right to cancel any commission. If I cancel a commission early in the process or due to my own personal reasons, your down payment will be refunded. If I am cancelling a commission due to your conduct breaking the rules or being abusive, I will not refund your down payment. If you wish to cancel a commission and do so very early in the process or before I begin, you will be refunded. If you wish to cancel a commission after I have put substantial time and effort into it, your down payment will not be refunded.
By agreeing to a commission, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
